SnüzPod5 is designed for newborns up to approximately 6 months (approx. 9kg/20lbs), or until your baby can sit, kneel, or pull themselves up on their own.

Safer sleep guidance recommends a snug-fitting sheet over a firm, flat mattress, with no loose bedding. SnüzPod5 fitted sheets are specially designed to fit the mattress securely, helping create a comfortable sleep space for your little one. Always use a waterproof mattress protector underneath.

TOG (short for thermal overall grade) is a unit of measurement that describes the thermal resistance (warmth) of a textile product. We use this to measure how warm a sleeping bag is in much the same way as a duvet or quilt is measured for warmth. A 1.0 TOG SnüzPouch is a lightweight option, ideal for warmer room temperatures of approximately 21–23°C. Always choose baby’s sleepwear based on room temperature and the clothing worn underneath. Guidance on choosing the right TOG rating is available on our website and on the product packaging.

Safety comes first! In 2016 the Government of Canada introduced the Cribs, Cradles and Bassinets Regulations (SOR/2016-152) to improve the safety of these products for babies and young children. These Regulations include a prohibition on traditional drop-side cribs.

We have chosen to design the Canadian SnüzPod5 to meet Canada’s Cribs, Cradles and Bassinets Regulations. Unlike versions available in other markets, it features a fixed side rather than a drop-down bedside mode, providing a secure, enclosed sleep space for your little one while keeping baby close throughout the night.
