No deliveries take place on weekends or on provincial/federal holidays. Postal code restrictions apply. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday. Deliveries are an all-day service, and the courier may be able to provide a time slot on the day.
Returns

Your baby should only stay in a SnüzPod until they are 6 months old. After this, they'll need to transition into a crib.
You should also stop using your SnüzPod if your baby can sit, kneel, or pull themselves up on their own, or weighs more than 9kg (20lbs.).

Like many stained or painted furniture products, your SnüzPod5 may have a subtle new-product scent when first opened. We recommend allowing it to air in a well-ventilated room for up to 24 hours before use, helping any packaging or material odours naturally fade away.
The SnüzPod5 is safe for overnight sleeping and daytime dreaming. The bassinet complies with CPSC and Baby Safety Alliance certification. If you want your little one to sleep in their bedside bassinet, make sure the sides of the bassinet are at least 12″ above the top of the mattress. This will keep your little one safe and secure while they snooze next to you.

Natural exposure to light and air may result in slight changes in the mattress colour. This is entirely cosmetic and will not affect the mattress’s safety or performance.

To clean your SnüzPod5, start by removing all the bedding and accessories.
For the frame and any non-textile components, use a damp cloth with mild dish soap and water. Avoid using harsh chemicals or bleach, as they may damage the materials or leave residues that could be harmful to your baby.
Make sure all parts are thoroughly dry efore reassembling the crib to prevent any mold or mildew from forming.
