Warnings

Stop using the product as soon as the child can sit, kneel, or pull themselves up. This product is only suitable for a child who cannot sit up unaided.
The product shall not be used before reading the instructions for use.
Maximum recommended weight of child is 9kg (20lbs).
Mattress included is not suitable for use with a sensor pad.
When using a mattress with SnüzPod5, ensure that the internal dimensions of your furniture are no greater than: 46cm width x 82cm length. The maximum gap between the mattress and the sides and ends should not exceed 3cm.
All assembly fittings should always be tightened properly, and fittings should be checked regularly and retightened as necessary.

Delivery and return

Standard Delivery
No deliveries take place on weekends or on provincial/federal holidays. Postal code restrictions apply. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday. Deliveries are an all-day service, and the courier may be able to provide a time slot on the day.

Returns

You have 10 days to cancel your order under our 10 days return period policy, which starts on the day after you received the item*. Please make sure any goods are returned in new and unused condition and within the original packaging.

How Do You Clean the SnüzPod5?

To clean your SnüzPod5, start by removing all the bedding and accessories.

For the frame and any non-textile components, use a damp cloth with mild dish soap and water. Avoid using harsh chemicals or bleach, as they may damage the materials or leave residues that could be harmful to your baby.

Make sure all parts are thoroughly dry before reassembling the crib to prevent any mold or mildew from forming.
